When a criminal caught by Abhijeet is executed by the government, his wife vows to get her revenge. A few days later, they meet at a social gathering, and her and Abhijeet get locked in a room together, where they begin to argue. As people try to get them out, they hear a gunshot- and open the door to find the wife lying on the floor with a bullet in her chest and Abhijeet standing over holding a pistol. Abhijeet swears he did not murder her. Is he being implicated? Or could he really have murdered this innocent woman? CID is on the case.

When the owner of the house insists that he did not murder Kanta, he and CID begin searching the apartment in search of signs of burglary. At the house, they find that his safe has, in fact, been burgled. But it turns out that Kanta was involved in the burglary too- she was the only other person who had a key to the safe!
