Goku is dragged into his most exciting adventure yet, literally. The treacherous Red Ribbon Army threatens a peaceful village. Soldiers ravage the land in search of another Dragon Ball, destroying anything that gets in their way. And a dark secret looms in a mysterious tower, which holds the source of the villagers' woes. But forget all of that, Goku discovers snow!
