An old man's corpse is discovered in a park. An inspection of the park reveals the man's wallet and driving license, using which CID track down his home and find out that he is a wealthy moneylender. The inspection also reveals a blanket and a walking stick that evidently belong to a homeless man who often sleeps there- who, when questioned, says that the night before, he was woken up by the sound of a car and then told to leave the park by an unrecognised person.

At Daya's home, Abhijeet cleverly disguises his walkie-talkie by hiding it in a pile of clothes and drops it off with the family, giving CID insight into what is happening inside. Finding out the plan of the criminal's associates, they set out to stop Daya from having to commit this crime.
