CID finds 3 dead bodies of young girls in the water tank of a building. The residents do not know the girls and CID is made to believe that they have committed suicide by consuming drugs and jumping into the water tank until they find another dead body in a trash can with the same drug in her body and makes them believe that this a case of serial killings.
