A couple have lunch in a hotel with everyone around them. Suddenly the wife chokes and dies on the spot. The husband panics and calls CID. Initial assumption seems to be poisoning but a closer look reveals something else.

תקציר הפרק
CID get a distress call from a victim. They reach the location and realize that the killer had orchestrated the scene in such a way that such that the cops end up killing the innocent victim unknowingly.
